Confidentiality
Services users also have a right to expect to be treated fairly and equally by staff please click here to view our clients charter. Clients should also have a right to have their differences acknowledge and respected by other users of the project. All visitors and clients are asked to sign up to our Environment code of conduct and should be aware of our Breach of Client Code.
One to One Appointments
Individual client support is available to help with claiming welfare benefits, completing application forms, housing and debt advice, advocacy and referral to social services.
Counselling/Wellbeing
We are now able to offer one hourly counselling sessions to clients.
Social Events
We offer social outings, occasional lunch events and Men’s support groups.
Drop In Day
Offering a relaxed informal meeting space and the chance to check your emails, search for jobs, have coffee, biscuits and a chat. Drop In days take place on Tuesdays, with an evening session on the 2nd Tuesday in the Month.
Outreach
Our outreach service means that, when appropriate, SPH can offer short term support at home. For example, help in adjusting to a new environment, home visits and accompanying service users to hospital appointments (in Surrey).
Social Services
We are able to make referrals and access statutory social HIV services via a dedicated social care team. The support available range from care needs and social support.
Specialist group
The purpose is to support the Black, Minority and Ethnic (BME) groups. The support is available to enable members of these groups to access services, provide cultural support to individuals and assess the service provision for these groups. We aim to identify barriers based on negative, practical or economical need.
Earnsdale Sexual Health Clinic
We work closely with the Earnsdale Sexual Health Clinic. The clinic currently runs on a Tuesday morning.
